松软煤层全孔段下放筛管瓦斯促抽技术研究 被引量:7

Study on Gas Drainage Technology of Screen Pipe Putting Down along Full Length Borehole in Soft Coal Seam

摘要 针对松软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔成孔难、易塌孔、抽采效果差等问题,对钻进工艺进行改进,采用钻孔全段下放筛管技术工艺,并在华泰煤矿11070采煤工作面采用该工艺与传统钻具工艺的瓦斯抽采效果进行对比试验,结果表明:采用全孔段下放筛管技术的瓦斯抽采浓度平均值比改进前提高了9倍多,瓦斯纯量平均值提高了12.1倍。此技术解决了筛管护孔下放深度和钻孔深度相接近的技术难题,提高了采煤工作面瓦斯预抽消突效果。 Contrary to the soft coal seam, hard borehole the gas drainage borehole drilled, easy hole collapse, the lower effect of drainage and other problems, a technology of screen pipe putting down along full length borehole for gas drainage was developed and the technology was applied to the site experiment on gas drainage effect in the 11070 coal face of Huatai coal mine contrast with comparison drilling tool technology. The result showed that the average concentrations of gas drainage even more increased by 9 times and the pure gas amount average increased 12.1 times after improved the drilling technology. The technology solved the problems that the screen guards hole depth and the hole depth closes to the drilling depth, which improved the gas post-drainage and eliminating outburst effect of coal mining working face.
