摘要
中国城市空间紧张,可用空间稀缺,屋顶利用的潜力很大。系统探讨了现今屋顶改造的相关方法,改造技术及费用,并以问卷调查的形式对屋顶利用现状进行调查总结。调查结果显示:屋顶被大部分人所忽略,虽然一些屋顶改造的方式如屋顶太阳能利用、绿色屋顶等被政府自上而下地大力推广,但其缺乏自下而上的合理的市场机制与产业链以保证其改造以后的正常使用。屋顶空间有很大的利用潜力,不少业主有着对于屋顶的刚性需求。尝试提出了屋顶改造所遇困难的合理解决途径。
Chinese cities are lack of space, and roof has a big potential to beused. This paper dis-cusses the relative roof retrofitting technologies and cost system,atically, and obtains the roof ＇s utilization situation through questionnaires. Result shoivs that the roof space is ignored by most people, though govern-ment try some mays to encourage people to use roof space, such as the green roof and solar PV panels, and there is lack of complete market regulation and product chain to maintain it after retrofitting. So the roof space shoivs huge energy-saving potential. At last, this paper tries to propose some possible solutions.
