摘要
屋顶绿化作为城市绿化的一种形式,在节能降耗、减碳释氧、改善城市生态环境、减少雨水径流、增加休闲活动场地等方面具有重要作用。从屋顶绿化的优势出发,结合焦作市绿化的现状,针对市民对屋顶绿化的认知度进行了问卷调查。结果表明:虽然绝大多数市民能够认识到屋顶绿化带来的好处和利益,但还有一些市民对屋顶绿化浑然不知,或存有担心和顾虑。在此基础上,从观念、政策、技术、资金等四方面指出屋顶绿化推广的瓶颈,并从政府主导、政策先行、制定标准规范、综合技术和产业化及建立示范试点工程等四方面提出相应的对策和建议。通过调查研究,为焦作市进一步推广屋顶绿化提供参考。
Roof greening is a form of urban landscape.It plays an important part in saving energy,reducing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen,improving ecology environment in city,cutting down rain runoff,increasing open space,etc. Based on the advantage of roof greening,considering the current conditions of urban greening in Jiaozuo,the questionnaires about public awareness on roof greening were surveyed.The results showed that although the majority people can realize the advantages and benefits of roof greening,but also,some people knew little about,or worried about roof greening.On this basis,the problems that promote roof greening were indicated from concept,policy,technology, capital aspects.And then,the countermeasures and suggestions,from government-led,policy-first,standards and specifications,integrated technology and industrialization and,pilot demonstration project aspects,were proposed. Through the research,the references were provided to further promote roof greening in Jiaozuo.
