摘要
目的:运用数据挖掘技术探析脑缺血损伤电针作用机制研究中的选穴特点和规律。方法:采用计算机数据挖掘技术,建立脑缺血损伤电针作用机制选穴研究的期刊文献数据库,对近20年来电针治疗脑缺血损伤机制研究的文献进行收集、筛选、录入、审核、提取,统计分析脑缺血损伤机制研究中的选穴频次分布及规律。结果:选穴总体以督脉和阳明经穴位为主,尤以百会、大椎、水沟、足三里为多用。结论:脑缺血损伤电针机制研究选穴总体趋势较明确,但具体选穴仍有待进一步研究。
Objective : To explore the regularities and characteristics of different acpoints in research of the mechanism of electroacupuncture (EA) improving cerebral ischemia by using data mining. Methods : With the data mining of computer technique,journal and literature databases regarding acute and chronic cerebral ischemia intervened by EA were estab- lished. These literature in the past 20 years has been collected, screened, included, reviewed and abstracted. The rate and frequency of each acpoints were calculated and statistical analyzed. Results : Acpoints selection was totally concentrated on DU and Yangming meridian, especially GV20, GV14, GV26 and ST36. Conclusion:The trend of acpoints selection in mechanism research by EA on cerebral ischemia is clear, but specific acpoints selection still needs further research.
