摘要
目的探析口服复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊辅助医治溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：选择72例溃疡性结肠炎患者，随机分成观察组和对照组各36例，均施以美沙拉嗪肠溶片医治，观察组加用复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊，比较2组临床医治效果。结果：观察组总有效率94．44％，明显高于对照组的61．11％，组间差异有显著统计学意义（x^2=17．86，P〈0．01）。结论：溃疡性结肠炎采用口服复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊辅助医治的效果良好，可有效缩短近期治愈时间，降低不良反应发生率，值得推行。
Objective To explore the oral compound glutamine enteric capsules auxiliary cure the clinical curative effect of ulcerative colitis. Methods： choose 72 cases of ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 36 cases.Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets received treatment, observation group used compound glutamine enteric capsules. Compare two groups of clinical healing effect.Results：Observation group total effective rate 94.44%, significantly higher than the control group 61.11%, the comparison between groups are highly significant （x^2=17.86,P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Using oral ulcerative colitis compound glutamine enteric capsules auxiliary treatment effect is good, can effectively shorten the healing time recently, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical adopt and implement.
