摘要
目的探讨丙氨酰谷氨酰胺对溃疡性结肠炎患者的疗效及其血清炎症因子的影响。方法前瞻性以2014年1月至2017年5月收治的84例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。两组均给予美沙拉嗪治疗,对照组另给予肠外营养,观察组另给予肠外营养联合丙氨酰谷氨酰胺。对比两组患者治疗有效率、溃疡性结肠炎活动指数、治疗时间、血清炎性因子变化、不良反应状况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗有效率(95.24%)明显高于对照组(76.19%)(P<0.05);观察组DAI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清炎性因子水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为11.90%,对照组不良反应发生率为9.52%,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论丙氨酰谷氨酰胺能够提高溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗有效率、降低患者疾病活动指数、减少患者治疗时间、降低患者炎性因子水平,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of malamine glutamine on the treatment of ulcerative Colitis and its serum inflammation factor. Methods The 84 patients with ulcerative colitis were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2017. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The efficacy,UC activity index,treatment time,changes of serum inflammatory factor and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared and analysised. Restults The treatment efficiency of observation group( 95. 24%) was significantly higher than that of control group( 76. 19%)( P〈0. 05). The UC activity index of the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group( P〈0. 05). The treatment time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group( P〈0. 05).The serum inflammatory factor level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11. 90%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9. 52%,the difference has no significance( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Promazine glutamine can improve the efficacy of treatment of ulcerative colitis,reduce the UC activity index,treatment time and the level of inflammatory factor in patients.
