摘要
文章根据不同类型新建本科院校向应用技术大学转型过程中面临的困境,提出了不同类型新建本科院校转型发展的策略:城市型新建本科院校:明确应用型人才培养定位,建立应用型人才培养体系;行业型新建本科院校:明确本科应用型人才培养层次,建立校企深度合作的有效机制;师范型新建本科院校:合理定位,促进师范类专业与非师范类专业协调发展。
Based on the difficulties that new universities may race,tins stuay proposcu strategies for different type of new universities. The urban type new universities should clari- fy their educational orientation and establish applied-type talent-training system. Profession- al type universities should clarify their education levels and develop an efficient mechanism for a functional cooperation between school and company. For normal universities, they should have a reasonable goal to promote teacher-training and non-teacher-training universi- ties to develop in a balance way.
