摘要
目前,传统的圆形木珠成型主要是通过类似车床的设备进行加工,存在刀具磨损严重、成型和钻孔分开、耗时多、钻孔质量低等缺陷。针对上述不足,设计了一种新型的木珠仿形刀具,该刀具能同时对木珠进行成型和钻孔加工,具有加工效率高、刀具寿命长、操作简单安全等优点。利用Abaqus有限元分析软件建立模型,对刀具进行应力、应变分析,结果表明刀具的最大应力、应变在安全范围内,在理论上论证了该刀具设计方案的可行性。同时,实际加工实验表明生产一个直径12 mm的圆珠平均仅需10s,每小时可加工360个,成品率高达98%。
Presently,traditional round wooden bead molding was mainly processed by a device similar to the lathe. While there were some defects using this processing method such as severe wear of tools,time- consuming of molding and drilling separated,deviation of hole's centerline. In response to these deficiencies,this paper presented a new type of wooden bead profiling tool which could mold and drill simultaneously with high efficiency,long tool life,simple and safe operation. The model of the tool was built with Abaqus finite element analysis software to analyze the stress and strain of the tool. The experimental results showed that the maximum stress and strain of the tool were in the safe range,the feasibility of the design scheme were demonstrated.Meanwhile,the experimental results show that the actual processing of a 12 mm diameter ball just 10 s,360 can be processed per hour,yield up to 98%.
