摘要
基于有限元仿真平台,在不同载荷状况下,对所设计的圆体成形车刀分析其最大变形和最大应力的分布,进而判定刀具强度是否足够;在不同约束条件下,分析圆体刀固有频率和振型变化状况,为评价刀具动态特性提供理论依据。通过稳态结构分析可知,该圆体刀在最大载荷作用时变形量和应力分布都较小,满足强度要求;模态分析可知该刀具的固有频率很高,而外加冲击频率低于该固有频率,表明刀具刚性好,不易产生共振,该圆体成形车刀动态特性满足加工要求。
Based on analysis platform of ANSYS,under different load conditions,the distribution of the maximum deformation and maximum stress for circular formed turning tools designed is analyzed,and thus the adequacy of the tool strength is determined;under different constraints ,the changes of natural fre-quency and vibration mode for the tool are analyzed,which provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the tool dynamic characteristics.Through analyzing steady-state structure,it shows that the distributions of the tool deformation and stress are smaller under maximum load,which meet the strength requirements; modal analysis shows a higher natural frequency of the tool,and the external impact frequency is lower than the natural frequency,the rigidity of the tool is sufficient,thus resonance is not easy to occur.That is to say the dynamic characteristics of the tool meet the processing requirements.
