摘要
从决策者的主观角度考虑,针对决策者在土石坝的风险因素间比较判断中的主观性和未确知性,建立了基于未确知测度及层次分析法的土石坝安全综合评价模型,并以洪河水库土石坝工程为例,验证了该模型在评价过程中的合理性及有效性,为土石坝安全管理决策提供了一种新的方法。
In view of the subjective and uncertainty of decision makers in risk evaluation of earth-rock dam, a safety comprehensive assessment method of earth-rock dam based on unascertained measure theory and analytic hierarchy process is established to evaluate the safety of earth-rock dam. Taking the earth-rock dam of Honghe Reservoir as study ease, the rationality and effectiveness of model in evaluating dam safety risk are verified. This new model provides a new approach to the security management decisions of earth-rock dams.
