摘要
医疗纠纷升级,"医闹"事件频出,已经成为阻碍医患关系和谐的重要因素。以礼制秩序、无讼、家族中心主义的中国传统的乡土文化是其根源所在。该文通过分析中国乡土文化探究"医闹"现象根源。同时为解决"医闹"对策提供一些建议。
The upgrading medial disputes and frequent occurrence of medical violation events have already become the major factors of preventing the harmonious doctor-patient relationship. The traditional local cultures of ritual order, no lawsuit and family-centered in China are their roots. The paper explores and analyzes the medial violation phenomenon root of local culture in China and puts forwards some suggestions of solving the medical violation.
