牡丹叶发育过程中光系统活性的变化

摘要 本文以牡丹‘卷叶红’叶为材料,利用快速叶绿素荧光动力学技术研究叶发育过程中牡丹光系统活性的变化。研究结果表明,随着叶面积的不断扩大,叶绿素含量不断增加,基于光吸收的性能指数(PIABS)变化灵敏。随叶的发育,单位面积上有活性反应中心数量(RC/CSo)和单位反应中心光能的传递(ETo/RC)不断增加,PQ库接纳电子的能力和PSⅡ电子传递能力在逐渐增强。叶发育前期,用于热耗散的能量比成熟叶高,也说明成熟叶对光能的利用率升高了。通过对PSⅠ和PSⅡ的同步性研究发现,PSⅠ活性的升高早于PSⅡ,这样可以避免PSⅡ受体侧电子的积累,减少活性氧的产生,对光系统起到一个保护作用。 In this study,changes of the photosystems activity in the process of peony Juanyehong leaf devel- opment were studied by analyzing chlorophyll a fluorescence transient and 820 nm transmission . The re- search showed that: the chlorophyll content continuously increased as the expansion of leaf area and the change of PIAⅡS was sensitive. With the development of leaf, density of RCs(RC/CSo)and electron trans- port flux per RC(ETo/RC)increased constantly. The ability of the PQ pool to receive electrons and the a- bility of PS Ⅱ electron transfer were gradually enhanced. In the early stage of leaf development, the energy used in heat dissipation was higher than mature leaves. This showed that the utilization ratio of light ener gy increased with the development of the leaf. Analyzing the synchronization of PS Ⅱ and PS Ⅰ found that the activity of PSI raised earlier than that of PS Ⅱ. This avoided the electronic accumulation of receptor side of PS Ⅱ and reduced the generation of reactive oxygen species and protected photosystems.
