黑木耳酸性多糖对高血脂症小鼠的降血脂作用 被引量:28

摘要 目的:初步探究黑木耳酸性多糖对高血脂症小鼠的降血脂作用。方法:采用不同剂量的黑木耳酸性多糖对高脂模型小鼠进行灌胃,研究黑木耳酸性多糖对高脂模型小鼠血脂四项及相关酶类的影响。结果:与高脂模型组相比,黑木耳酸性多糖组小鼠体质量明显降低,肝脏指数和动脉粥样硬化指数(atherosclerosis index,AI)也明显降低;小鼠血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)水平均明显降低,HDL-C水平则显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);黑木耳酸性多糖中、高剂量组小鼠的总超氧化物歧化酶(total superoxide dismutase,T-SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力均极显著高于高脂模型组(P<0.01)。结论:黑木耳酸性多糖可以明显降低高血脂症小鼠血脂水平,改善其因摄入过多脂质而导致肝脏脂肪堆积及动脉粥样硬化程度,并对高血脂症引起的脂质过氧化损伤具有防护作用。 Objective: To explore the lipid-lowering effect of acidic polysaccharides from Auricularia auricula inhyperlipidemia mice. Methods: Acidic polysaccharides from Auricularia at different doses were intragastricallygiven to hyperlipidemic model mice to explore their effects on blood lipids and related enzymes. Results: Comparedwith the model group, the body weight of the treated mice decreased obviously, liver index and atherosclerosis index(AI) as well as serum TC and TG levels similarly declined obviously, whereas HDL-C levels increased significantly(P 〈 0.01 or 0.05). Moreover, total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities in themiddle and high dose treatment groups were significantly higher than those in the model group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion:Acidic polysaccharides from Auricularia auricula can significantly reduce blood lipid levels, fat accumulation in liver andartery atherosclerosis caused by excessive lipid intake in hyperlipidemia mice and protect against lipid peroxidation damagecaused by hyperlipidemia.
