摘要
经过几年的调研与不断实践,总结出走校企合作之路培养适应市场需求的应用型人才的有效模式。通过以学生出口的岗位群为核心与企业共同制定校企合作教学计划,针对各年级开展校企合作系列活动,并以就业市场作为检阅学生应用能力的主体去评价,为企业与学生搭建双向选择的平台。
After several years of investigation and research and constantly practice,this article sums up the road to flee university-enterprise cooperation,which is an effective mode to cultivate applied talents who can adapt to the market demand.This article is based on the students＇ employment as the core to establish university-enterprise cooperation teaching plan together with the enterprise guided by this plan,to carry out university-enterprise cooperation series of activities for all graders,and take the market as the body to review the students＇ application ability,establish the platform of two-way choice for enterprises and the students.
