摘要
在高校学科基础课的教学中,普遍存在着不同教师的授课水平差异较大、不同课堂的教学内容不够统一、不同课堂的教学方法差异明显等问题,导致学科基础课教学效果欠佳。课程组由讲授同一门课程的多位教师组成教学团队,建立沟通机制,增进教师之间的传、帮、带;规范教学内容,统一教学进度;改进教学方法,提升授课水平,大幅度改进学科基础课的教学效果。学科基础课课程组建设的组织与实施是一个复杂的系统工程,需要学校、学院、教师等多个层面的利益主体积极参与、密切配合。
In discipline basic course teaching of universities, several common problems should be considered, including teaching abilities among different teachers are uneven, teaching contents are not unified among different classes and teaching methods are no fixed criterion, which lead to lower teaching effectiveness of discipline basic courses. Course group is a teaching team, consisting of teachers teaching the same course. In the teaching team, teachers building the communication mechanism, which pass on knowledge, help each other and guide the young teachers. Teachers formulate the course contents, and unify the teaching schedule; improve the teaching methods and advance teaching level. Organization and implementation of course group building is a complicated systematic work. It needs active participation and close cooperation of multiple stakeholders such as university, school and teachers.
