摘要
创业型大学实现全面而又彻底的学术资本转化,知识有价是其理论基础,而且只有遵循学术产品的市场交换原则,才能更好地彰显创业型大学的使命与责任。创业型大学推进学术资本转化,重点关注三大领域:一是科技成果的应用与推广;二是针对校外学习者的教学服务;三是针对校内学习者的教学服务。尤其是第三种转化工作,属于学术资本向人力资本的转化,亦即实现教学服务产品向个体内在素质的转化,该种转化工作不仅显得疲软,而且最容易被忽略,这正是当前大学课堂缺乏活力、创业型大学备受质疑的症结所在。
If Entrepreneurial University wants to realize comprehensive and thorough academic capital transformation, knowledge being valuable is the foundation of theory. In addition, only following the marketing exchange principles of academic products, the mission and responsibility of Entrepreneurial University will have highlighted. Entrepreneurial University driving on the academic capital transformation, should focus on three fields: first of all, the application and spread of scientific achievements; secondly, the educational service for off campus learners; the third one is the educational service for university learners. Especially the third transformation which belonging to the transformation from the academic capital to the human capital or the teaching service to the individual quality, is not only insufficient but also easily ignored. That is the main crux of currently vitality-lacking university class and disputing entrepreneurial university.
