摘要
研制了一种新型无机膨胀防火涂料,将低熔玻璃粉作为二次成膜剂运用其中,并将之与通行有机防火涂料配方各方面性能进行了比较。通过有毒烟气量,阻燃效果,涂层强度以及热重分析等测试分析,结果显示,该防火涂料可提高涂层强度和隔热性能,并减少了88.7%的有毒烟气;热重分析中无机残余率为有机膨胀防火涂料的2倍以上。无机体系涂层稳定难分解,且阻燃效果好。无机涂层产生致密膨胀层,阻隔了热量并抑制了有毒烟气的外溢,增加涂层的热稳定性。
Intumescent fire-retardant coating is an insulation system to make heat transfer slower from heat source to steel structure to maintain its strength.Two series of waterborne intumescent fire-resistant coatings be prepared,and evaluated the effect of different expansion system on the cohesive force,insulation effect and compressive strength of coating after fire protecting test,exhaust gas measurement and thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA).The replacement of inorganic system in the coating influenced the physical-mechanical property and thermal insulation,and greatly reduced88.7% of toxic smoke in the fire test.Compared with the organic coating,inorganic system made the coating had 2times inorganic residue after the fire tests.The digital photographs showed that the appearance of inorganic coating was a cohesive and dense layer after fire test,which inhibited the transfer of heat and combustible gas and increased the thermal stability of coating.
