摘要
选择香菇作为试验材料,分别设置架栽、立栽、地栽和林下覆土栽培共4种栽培方式进行比较试验,通过测定并分析出菇后菌棒中的灰分、有机质、氮、磷、钾含量,研究不同栽培模式下香菇菌棒养分利用的变化。试验结果表明,4种不同的香菇栽培模式,出菇后的菌棒中营养元素都有所剩余,菌棒越靠近地面,其氮和磷的生物转化率越高。除有机质外,林下覆土栽培模式下的香菇菌棒中残留的营养元素最少,生物转化率最高。从菌棒养分转化方面考虑,推荐使用林下覆土栽培模式栽培香菇。
Taking Lentinula edodes as experimental material, four kinds of cultivation patterns including shelf cultivation, set up cultivation, field cultivation and forests cover soil cultivation were set. The change in nutrient utilization of L. edodes stick under different cultivation patterns were studied through determining and analyzing the content of ash, organic matter, nitrogen, phos- phorus and potassium in bacteria stick after fruiting. The result indicates that the nutrient element of sticks are all needless in the four kinds of cuhivation patterns. The biological efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus will be higher when the stick is more closer to the ground. The rudimental nutrient element of L. edodes stick is least in forests cover soil cultivation except organic. In view of the nutrient conversion of stick, we recommend you cultivating L. edodes in forests cover soil cultivation.
