摘要
综述弹流润滑中弹性变形量的计算方法,针对5种线接触弹性变形量计算方法,求解Hertz压力分布、三角形压力分布和均匀压力分布下的线接触弹性变形量,比较评价5种计算方法的优越性。研究发现,张鹏顺的方法将奇异点单独处理,黄平的方法避开奇异点,2种方法都能得到很小的中心变形误差、数据波动和极值之差;OKAMURA以更简单的方式避开了奇异点,但数据波动和极值之差较大;EVANS的微分法能得到更精确的中心变形量;FFT法的精确度要低于其他4种方法。5种方法在计算原理、计算量和计算结果的准确性上各有特点,在线接触弹性流体润滑计算中都能得到合理的应用。
The numerical methods to calculate the elastic deformation in elastohydrodynamic lubrication( EHL) were reviewed.The deformations under Hertz pressure distribution,triangular pressure distribution and uniform pressure distribution were computed with the five numerical methods,and the five methods were evaluated in a comparative way.It’s found that ZHANG Pengshun deals with the singular point separately and HUANG Ping avoids it,they can obtain very small center deformation error,data fluctuation,and the difference between extreme values. OKAMURA avoids the singular point briefly but the data fluctuation and the difference between extreme values are bigger.The EVANS’s differential method can obtain the more precise center deformation.The accuracy of FFT method is lower.The five numerical methods have different characteristics in terms of the calculation principle,the amount of calculation and the accuracy of the results,thus they can be reasonably used in the EHL calculation in line contacts.
