内燃机流体润滑技术的发展及其在我国的应用 被引量:5

Development in Fluid Lubrication Technologies in Internal Combustion Engines and its Application in China

摘要 讨论了内燃机摩擦学研究中流体润滑技术在润滑模型、计算方法、润滑剂、润滑表面和润滑工况的监测等方面近年来取得的成果和研究进展;通过与主要发达国家内燃机流体润滑技术研究和应用的对比分析,阐述了目前国内内燃机流体润滑研究、应用和人才培养中存在的差距和遇到的问题。指出先进润滑系统模型及求解方法、性能良好的润滑剂、润滑表面和润滑工况的监测的研究仍是今后内燃机润滑技术研究的重点。在此基础上,结合世界相关内燃机工业的发展趋势,预测了新世纪内燃机流体润滑技术的两个新的发展方向。 The fluid lubrication technology development history of an internal combustion engines(ICE) and its application in China in the past years were reviewed and the current developing situation of ICE was summarized. It is pointed out that researches on advanced lubrication models, solving method, lubricant and lubrication surface with good quality, and lubrication condition monitoring are still important research subjects for ICE in the future. Main gaps and difficulties in the fluid lubrication research and application in China, as compared with these in developed countries, are pointed out. Based on the above analyses, two developing trends of the lubrication in the coming years were put forward.
