摘要
简单介绍了带式输送机用变频永磁直驱系统的组成及特点,比较了几种带式输送机常用驱动系统的优缺点,对用于同一条带式输送机上的变频永磁直驱系统和异步电动机驱动系统进行了对比,通过实例计算分析出变频永磁直驱系统的节能效果。
Introduces the components and characteristics of the PVD system on belt conveyor;The advantages and disadvantages of several common drive systems on belt conveyor had been compared;Compared with PVD system and induction motor drive system on the same belt conveyor;Calculated and anslyzed the energy savings of the PVD system.
