摘要
针对液力耦合器调速的带式输送机,开发设计了一种数字控制器(SF-RQT1).论证了软起动在带式输送机上应用的必要性,介绍了软起动装置液力耦合器及其控制器SF-RQT1的工作原理及组成,给出了硬件框图和部分电路,提出了软件设计方法.该控制器具有结构简单、造价低廉、操作方便等特点,并具有网络通信模块,可通过CAN总线与上位机进行串行通信,采集现场实时数据,达到远程监控和管理的目的.现场试验表明,实际运行可靠,故障停机率低,达到了预期效果,具有一定的工程实用价值.
A digital controller was developed for hydraulic-coupling speed regulator of belt conveyer. The soft starting and speed regulator is a key technical component of belt conveyer. The necessity of soft starting was demonstrated, and the operating principle and composition of hydraulic coupling soft starter SF-RQT1 were introduced. The block diagram of hardware circuit and the design scheme of software were presented. It is proved that the controller has the obvious characteristics such as simple structure, low cost and convenient operation. In addition, the controller using CAN bus possesses communication functions, which can transfer serial data with host computer, sample real-time field data and realize long-range control and management. The field tests show that the developed equipment runs reliably in actual applications and the expected effects are achieved, which has some practical values in engineering.
