摘要
医源性多胎妊娠是人类辅助生殖技术以及促排卵治疗中常见的并发症,其可导致一系列的母婴危害,严重威胁母婴健康。本文从医源性多胎妊娠的原因出发,分析其危害,探讨防治措施,进一步提出伦理学思考及社会思考,引起人们对多胎妊娠的关注。
Iatrogenic multifetal pregnancy is a common complication in assisted reproductive technology and ovulation treatment,which could lead to a series of hazard to mom and infant and pose a severe threat to health. In order to put forward the ethical and social thinking,this article based on the reasons leading to iatrogenic multiple pregnancy tries to analyze its harm and explore the measures of prevention and treatment,aiming at attract people＇s attention to multifetal pregnancy.
