摘要
不仅是高序多胎妊娠,双胎妊娠也是辅助生殖技术(ART)的并发症。通过限制移植胚胎数量可以明显减少高序多胎和双卵双胎妊娠的发生率。而对于单卵双胎的增加,以及罕见的单绒毛膜双卵双胎的发生,却没有预防性的应对策略。医患双方热衷于追求高妊娠率是多胎和双胎妊娠率居高不下的主因之一。
Multiple gestations ( include higher-order multiples and twin pregnancy) is primary complication in assisted reproductive technology ( ART) treatment. Using limited embryo transplantation that be given a great support of technology and fund,incidence of multiple gestations will be decreased obviously. However,the preventive strategy,which about reducing the increasing of the monozygotic twin and the monochorionic dizygotic twin,is still not reported. Now,it was thought that one of the main reasons of related multiple gestations is that the medical personnel and patients are enthusiastic about high-pregnancy rate in ART.
