摘要 以高炉渣为主要原料,通过铁矿废石改变高炉渣酸度系数。采用Fact Sage热力学软件模拟渣系相图,利用综合热分析仪确定晶相析晶能力,结合X射线衍射仪(XRD)观测晶相种类,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察微观形貌,从而探究了酸度系数对熔渣析晶行为的影响规律。结果表明:晶体的种类主要为钙镁黄长石和钙铝黄长石,与热力学软件Fact Sage模拟结果相一致;随着酸度系数的增加,熔渣的析晶能力逐渐降低。综合分析,在保证熔渣成纤质量的前提下,熔渣酸度系数位于1.3~1.4较为适宜。 Taking blast furnace slag as the main raw material,the acidity coefficient of blast furnace slag was changed by iron ore waste.Fact Sage thermodynamic software was used to simulate the phase diagram of the slag system,crystallization ability was determined by using the integrated thermal analyzer,the crystal phase was confirmed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the microstructure was observed through scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Accordingly,it explored the law concerning the effect of acidity coefficient on slag crystallization behavior.Studies showed that crystals were mainly composed with calcium magnesium melilite and calcium aluminum melilite,which were basically consistent with the result of thermodynamic simulation software Fact Sage.When the acidity coefficient increased,the crystallization ability of slag decreased gradually.By general analysis,ensuring the quality of the fiberization mechanism of molten slag,the optimum acidity coefficient of molten slag was confirmed as from 1.3 to 1.4.
