CD44基因在细菌感染过程的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 CD44是一种Ⅰ型跨膜糖蛋白,广泛表达于内皮细胞、间充质细胞及中胚层来源的细胞和组织。CD44与透明质酸结合是单核细胞向炎症和损伤组织移行的关键步骤。CD44与某些病原菌的细胞壁相互作用能促进病原穿透上皮细胞或血脑屏障,但是CD44存在多种可变剪切体,研究的病原菌或者感染部位的不同,CD44所起的作用也有所不同。明确CD44在细菌感染过程的作用,不仅有助于进一步认识细菌与宿主表面物质的作用机制,还可为研发治疗细菌性疾病的新型生物阻断制剂提供思路。
