日粮添加格氏碱对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血液生化指标和生殖激素的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Dietary Betaine on Production Performance,Egg Quality,Serum Biochemical Indexes and Serum Reproductive Hormone of Hy-Line Brown Laying Hens

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮中添加格氏碱对海兰褐蛋母鸡的生产性能、蛋品质、血液生化指标和生殖激素的影响。选用56周龄、体型基本一致、产蛋率为82%的海兰褐蛋母鸡144只,随机分为2个处理组(每个处理组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡),对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加500 g/t格氏碱的试验饲粮,试验期为84 d。结果显示:试验组和对照组相比产蛋率有所提高;试验第6周时试验组蛋黄颜色和蛋黄比重显著大于对照组(P<0.05);试验组蛋鸡血清内尿酸含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组血清中促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成激素、雌二醇和孕酮的含量相比对照组略有提升。因此,日粮添加500 g/t格氏碱可加深海兰褐蛋鸡所产鸡蛋蛋黄颜色,提高蛋黄比重,改善蛋壳颜色,减少血清中尿酸含量。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary betaine on growth performance, egg quality,serum biochemical indexes and serum reproductive hormone of Hy-Line brown laying hens. A total 144 Hy-Line brown commercial laying hens of 56-week-age with laying rate around 82% were randomly assigned to 2 treatments with 6 replicates of 12 birds per replicate. The control group was fed with basal diets, and the testing group was fed with basal diets adding 500 g/t betaine, the expermental period was 84 days. The results showed as follows: The egg production rate of the test group was higher than that of control group. At the sixth week,the yolk color of the test group was deeper than that of control group. The relative weight of egg yolk of the test group was higher than that of control group, the difference between two groups was significant (P〈0.05). The level of uric acid in serum of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group,there were slightly elevated FSH,LH,E2 and P contents in serum of experimental group. In conclusion,the supplementation of betaine in the diet for laying hens could deepen the color of egg yolk,increase the proportion of egg yolk,improve eggshell color, decrease serum uric acid level.
