摘要
目的持续改进医院病区急救与常用备用药品的管理。方法规范病区备用药品管理,设计病区备用药品检查表,定期开展检查。结果 2014、2015年检查得分与2013年比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急救药品管理存在药品未按效期摆放、近效期药品无标识等问题;常用药品管理存在拆零药品未遮光、无药品质量通查记录等问题。结论设计并应用病区备用药品检查表,有利于病区备用药品的规范管理。
Objective To continuously improve the management of emergency medicine and commonly used drugs stored in the inpatient wards of hospital.Methods The management of drugs stored in the inpatient wards of hospital was standardized,and the checklist for periodical inspection was designed.Results There were significant differences in the inspection scores between 2014/2015 and 2013（P〈0.05）.Problems in emergency medicine management existed,eg,drugs were not placed according to the expiration date,drugs with close period of validity were not marked.There were some problems in management of commonly used drugs,eg,the scattered drug were not shaded,the check results of the medicine quality were not recorded.Conclusion The checklist＇s design and application is beneficial to the standard management of drugs stored in the inpatient wards.
