摘要
[目的]探讨老年门诊病人药品说明书使用情况。[方法]采用问卷调查的方式,对干部门诊就诊的123例老年病人进行调查。[结果]每次所取药物均含有和大部分含有药品说明书者占72.36%;经常和时常看药品说明书者占78.86%;对药品说明书内容完全理解者占6.50%;认为药品说明书对安全用药非常有帮助者占50.41%;组间比较分析发现,女性老年病人关注药品说明书的内容多于男性,离退休前从事行政、政工工作和初中文化程度的老年病人对药品说明书的理解困难[结论]门诊老年病人对药品说明书重视程度较高,而药品说明书对老年门诊病人安全、有效用药指导局限,老年门诊开展病人用药教育是必要的。
Objective.To find out the status quo of reading dispensatories of elderly patients in out - patient clinic （OPD）.
Methods： A total of 123 cases of elderly patients visiting OPD for officials were investigated by filling out questionnaire. Results： Among all cases, 72.36% of drugs they got each time almost or all with dispensatories inside packages. 78.86 % of subjects usually and often read dispensatories. Only 6.50% of them can fully understand dispensatories. However, 50.41% of them thought that dispensatories were very helpful for safe medication. Comparison and analysis showed that more female elderly patients paid attention to dispensatories than male elderly. And elderly patients who were engaged in administration or political work before retirement and had junior middle school education were hard to understand dispensatories. Conclusion： Elderly patients in OPD think highly of dispensatories. However, there is some limitations of dispensatories for guiding elderly OPD patients in safe and effective medication. It is necessary to develop medication education for elderly patients in OPD.
