摘要
目的：探讨应用米非司酮联合消融术治疗功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法：选取2013年2月-2015年3月在我院收治的功能性子宫出血患者180例,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予消融术治疗的常规护理;观察组给予米非司酮联合消融术治疗护理,比较两组患者治疗效果及护理满意度。结果：观察组治疗效果好于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后月经量和月经持续时间明显下降,月经周期明显增加,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组患者治疗后月经变化情况明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗满意率和护理满意率高于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：联合应用米非司酮和消融术配合综合性护理措施能明显提高功能性子宫出血的疗效,提高患者对治疗和护理的满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广应用。
Objective：To discuss clinical effects of mifepristone combined with ablation in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding.Methods：Selected 180 cases of patients with functional uterine bleeding cured in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2015,and randomly divided them into observation group and control group equally.Control group patients received usual nursing of ablation treatment;while observation group patients received combined treatment nursing of mifepristone and ablation.Curative effects and satisfaction degrees with nursing were compared between two groups.Results：Curative effects of observation group patients were obviously better than control group patients.The difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.Patients from two groups had obviously reduced menstrual blood volume and duration and obviously longer menstrual cycle after treatments,the differences had statistical significances（ P〈0.05）.Menstrual changes of observation group patients after treatments were obviously better than those of control group patients,the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.Observation group patients had higher patient satisfaction degrees with nursing and treatment than control group patients,the differences had statistical significances（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Cooperated with comprehensive nursing measures,combined treatment of mifepristone and ablation can obviously improve curative effects for functional uterine bleeding and rise patient satisfaction degrees with nursing and treatment.Therefore,it has rather high clinical application value,which is worthy of promotion and application.
