摘要
目的探讨曼月乐治疗子宫异常出血疗效的临床观察及护理。方法选取南方医科大学附属深圳妇幼保健院子宫异常出血患者64例,采用曼月乐进行治疗,将其临床治疗效果及护理措施进行回顾性分析与总结。结果护理干预后患者焦虑评分与抑郁评分均优于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗6个月后的月经量、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白等项指标均优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过精心护理能够有效缓解子宫异常出血患者的不良心理,增加其对疾病相关知识的知晓度,对患者的治疗与康复均有重要作用。
Objective To analysis the effect of curative in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding and research on the clinical and nursing. Methods We selected 64 patients from July 2011 to April 2013, abnormal uterine bleeding were used in the treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect and nursing measures were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results After nursing intervention scoring for patients with anxiety and depression scores were better than that of before intervention, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. 6 months after treatment, the amount of menstrual endometrial thickness, hemoglobin and other indicators were better than before treatment, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through individuation nursing can effectively relieve patients with abnormal uterine bleeding adverse psychological, increase the degree of knowledge about diseases, an important role in treatment and rehabilitation of patients.
