摘要
鉴于水工钢闸门的安全状态评价需要考虑闸门运行情况、腐蚀情况、强度、刚度、动态性能等多方面的因素,提出了基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价的水工钢闸门安全评估方法。首先构建了水工钢闸门评估体系层次结构,然后根据层次分析法定性和定量确定了各影响因素的权重,最后建立了模糊综合评价模型对某水利工程水工钢闸门的安全状态进行了全面评价,评价结果为二类等级,比较准确地反映了闸门的实际安全状态。
In view of the safety state evaluation of hydraulic steel gate,many factors should be concerned on the evaluation of safety evaluation system,including running state,corrosive state,strength,stiffness and dynamic characteristics.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with analytic hierarchy process was applied to the safety state evaluation of hydraulic steel gate.At first,the architecture of multilayered index evaluation system of hydraulic steel gate was established.By applying the qualitative and quantitative analysis of analytic hierarchy process,the weight of influencing factors was determined.Then a comprehensive fuzzy appraisal model was set up.The safety of hydraulic steel gate was evaluated comprehensively by this evaluation system.The application of this method shows that the safety class of the hydraulic steel gate is second class and it reflects the actual situation of steel gate accurately.
