摘要
在电磁兼容设计中,为了对电子单元的电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度性能进行预测,须分别建立干扰源发生器及耦合装置的仿真模型。文中的研究目标是研究和验证基于特征根理论的电快速瞬变脉冲群发生器建模方法。对于干扰源发生器的建模,文中根据电网络理论,采用特征根法建立发生器脉冲形成网络的传输函数,其中,以两个负实根表征脉冲形成电路的非振荡物理过程,两共轭复根表征其衰减振荡过程,特征参数均由生产厂家提供的发生器开路校准波形确定。基于传输函数,采用CAUER法进行电网络综合,并根据匹配校准波形进行归一化运算,最终建立发生器的等效电路。对于标准耦合夹的建模,以矢量网络分析仪对耦合装置的端口散射参数(S参数)进行测量,在相应频段内以矢量匹配法对S参数的测量结果进行有理函数逼近,建立耦合网络的宏模型,并进而转换为SPICE等效电路。基于以上建模方法对两平行信号线的共模及差模干扰进行了仿真与实验对比,对比结果验证了文中方法的有效性。
It is essential to construct an accurate model consisting of both an equivalent circuit of electrical fast transients/burst(EFT/B)generator and a coupling device,so as to predict interference immunity performance of an electronic equipment under EFT/B test.In this paper,a modeling method of EFT/B generator is proposed based on the theory of latent roots.For the modeling of the interference source generator,a transfer function of EFT pulse-forming network is constructed by the latent-roots method based on the network theory,in which two negative real roots are adopted to characterize the non-oscillatory physical process of the network,and both conjugated complex roots are used to charac terize the damping-oscillation process.The parameters referring to the transfer function are determined according to the standardized waveforms of the generator in open-circuit condition.These standardized waveforms were provided by the manufacture of the generator.Subsequently,an equivalent circuit of EFT/B generator is constructed via synthesis of electrical network based on CAUER method and re-normalization calculation based on the matched standardized waveforms.For the modeling of the standard coupling clamp,a SPICE equivalent circuit is obtained from a macro model of the coupling network.The coupling network is constructed by the rational function approximation of the test results of the scattering parameters(S-parameters)based on the vector fitting method in a corresponding frequency band.The S-parameters at the ports of a coupling device are measured by a vector network analyzer.The proposed modeling method is verified by comparing the simulation results of differential-mode interference and common-mode interference of two parallel signal lines with the experimental data.
