摘要
汶明琦教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎与饮食、精神、体质等有关,胃气郁滞,胃失和降,病位在胃,与肝、脾密切相关,调理脾胃升降,行气消痞除满为治疗大法。强调治胃不忘疏肝,行气谨惕伤阴。脾胃虚弱,运化水谷的功能减退,消化吸收功能失常,建中温脾汤治疗;肝气郁结,胃失和降,久则脾胃虚弱,气血生化不足,疏肝和胃汤治疗;脾胃气虚,推动无力,导致气血运行不畅,形成胃络瘀阻,逐瘀安胃汤治疗;脾胃虚弱,湿热阻滞中焦,纳运失常,除湿和胃汤治疗。
