摘要
为观察中药肾灵Ⅰ号对慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效 ,将 4 2例患者随机分成两组。对照组 (2 0例 )采用西医常规治疗 ,治疗组 (2 2例 )在此基础上加用肾灵Ⅰ号 ,疗程为 6个月。结果 :治疗组在降低SCr、BUN和改善临床症状方面明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。
To observe the clinical effects of 'Shenning Decoction' in the treatment of chronic renal failure, 42 subjects were randomized into two groups: control group in which 20 cases were treated by western medicine and treatment group in which 22 cases were treated by 'Weikang Granule' and western medicine, with a course of six months. Result: The SCr and BUN fell more significantly and clinical symptoms improved more obviously in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05). It is showed that 'Weikang Granule' and western medicine can effectively delay the progress of renal failure.
