摘要
为了减少婴幼儿奶粉在储存和冲调过程中维生素C含量的流失,试验研究了光照、空气和温度对婴幼儿奶粉中维生素C含量的影响,以及p H、抗氧化剂(维生素E)和金属离子对维生素C溶液稳定性的影响。结果表明:婴幼儿奶粉应该封口保存在避光、阴凉的常温环境中,在冲调后尽快地给婴幼儿饮用,避免维生素C含量的降低。
In order to ensure the content of vitamin C during storage and edible, the effect of light, air and temperature on vitamin C of infant formulas, and the effect of pH, antioxidants (vitamin E), and metal ions on stability of vitamin C solution were researched. The results showed that infant formulas could be sealed and saved at room temperature in dark cool place. After adding water, it could be drinking as soon as possible to avoid reducing the vitamin C.
