摘要
从材料特性、齿轮与花键两部位不同的渗碳层深度、渗碳和淬火前后允许的尺寸畸变量等方面,分析了18Cr2Ni4WA钢从动齿轮轴的热处理技术条件,提出了控制产品质量的相应措施。结果表明,增加调质处理,可改善切削性、提高零件表面加工精度、消除粗加工中产生的残余应力。采用二次气体渗碳法,使齿轮和花键分别获得各自的渗碳层深度。采用复合等温淬火工艺、预留加工余量及垂直吊挂等方法可减少零件的热处理畸变。
Based on the characters of material, the carburized depth and allowed distortion of gear and spline before and after carburizing and quenching, the heat treatment process of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel driven gear shaft were analyzed, and corresponding measures were presented. The results show that inserting quenching-tempering can improve cutting-machinability and surface work precision, relieve the residual stress in roughing machining. The respective carburized depth for gear and spline are achieved by adoption of double gas carburizing. The process techniques such as composite isothermal-quenching, extra machining allowances, and using vertical hanging methods can decrease the heat treatment distortion.
