摘要
探讨了渗碳淬火齿轮热处理畸变的规律,分析了影响渗碳淬火齿轮热处理畸变的影响因素,介绍了控制渗碳淬火齿轮热处理畸变的技术,并列举了控制齿轮热处理畸变的实例。
The law of distortion of gears during carburiging and subsequent quenching was discussed, The factors affecting the distortion of carburiged and subsequently quenched gears were analyzed. The technologies for the control of distortion amount of gears were introduced, In addition , the examples regarding the control of heat treatment distortion of gears were enumerated.
