摘要
以国产新闻纸为原料,通过模拟工厂新闻纸回用过程,研究国产新闻纸纤维回用后基本形态及成纸物理性能的变化规律,并分析半纤维素含量、纤维素结晶度和纤维孔隙在多次回用过程中的变化规律,探讨建立国产新闻纸纤维回用成纸品质预测模型的可行性。结果表明,回用过程中伴随着纤维角质化现象逐渐加重,纤维重均长度基本不变,粗度和宽度下降明显,扭结指数和弯曲指数变小。成纸强度中,抗张指数下降明显,而撕裂指数和耐破指数变化很小。回用后纤维中半纤维素含量逐渐降低,纤维结晶度增加,细胞壁总孔容和比表面积先显著减少,而后缓慢增加。回用后纤维角质化和成纸强度等指标之间没有良好的线性关系。
The basic state of the recycled newspaper fiber and the change law in physical properties were studied by simulating the recycling process using native newspaper as raw material. The content of hemicellulose, degree of crystallinity of cellulose and the change law of fiber pore in multiple reuses were analyzed to determine the feasibility to set up the prediction model of recycled newspaper quality. Results showed that the thickness and width of fiber were decreased obviously, while kink index and bend index were small with aggravation of fiber keratinization. Tensile index fell sharply with the intensity of recycled paper while tear index and burst index changed little. The content of cellulose decreased gradually while the fiber crystallinity raised after recycled. The total entrance of cell walls and specific surface area apparently were cut down and then increased gradually. There was no better linear-relationship between fiber keratinization and intensity of recycled paper and variation of the above-mentioned indexes in recycling.
