摘要
采用扫描电镜、X 射线衍射仪和反相凝胶渗透色谱等方法 ,测定液氨处理棉和液氨 /交联处理棉纤维的形态结构、结晶结构和孔穴结构。试验表明 ,液氨处理棉再经交联处理 ,其表面光滑 ,胞壁增厚 ;液氨处理使棉纤维中晶体的部分晶型由纤维素Ⅰ转变成纤维素Ⅲ ,再经交联 ,纤维素Ⅲ消失 ,可能生成纤维素Ⅲ的变体或纤维素Ⅱ ;纤维内大孔穴含量进一步减少 ,小孔穴含量增多。与未经液氨处理棉相比 ,液氨处理有利于改善织物交联后的部分物理机械性能。
The morphology, crystallinity, pore structure of liquid ammonia treated and liquid ammonia treated/ crosslinked cotton were studied by means of SEM, XRD and RGPC. The results indicated that crosslinking led to some changes in morphology of liquid ammonia treated cotton fiber. After liquid ammonia treatment, partial crystal transition from celluloseⅠto cellulose Ⅲ occurred in cotton fiber. However, cellulose Ⅲ disappeared and anamorphosis of cellulose Ⅲ or cellulose Ⅱformed in liquid ammonia treated cotton fiber after crosslinking. A further decrease in the volume of larger micropores and an increase in that of smaller micropores were found in liquid ammonia treated/crosslinked cotton fiber. In addition, using liquid ammonia treatment as pretreatment can improve some mechanical properties of crosslinked cotton fabric.
