摘要
目的探讨银杏叶胶囊对高脂血症代谢的影响及抗氧化作用。方法将108例高脂血症患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组(50例)给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组(58例)在对照组治疗基础上予以银杏叶胶囊治疗,2周为1个疗程,两组均治疗4个疗程。观察比较治疗前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,并测定血清过氧化脂质(LPO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)活性。结果治疗前两组患者血脂情况、LPO、GSH-Px、CAT、SOD及MDA水平均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗结束后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平及LPO、MDA含量明显降低,HDL-C水平及GSH-Px、CAT、SOD活性则显著升高(P<0.01);对照组TC、TG、LDL-C水平及LPO、MDA含量明显降低,HDL-C水平及SOD活性显著升高,而GSH-Px和CAT含量无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论银杏叶胶囊通过清除体内自由基调节血脂代谢,发挥抗动脉粥样硬化作用。
OBJECTIVE to investigate the effect of gingko leaf capsule on hyperlipidemia metabolism and antioxidant effect. METHODS 108 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group（50 cases）. Rosuvastatin was given to the group. On the basis of the control group therapy, gingko leaf capsule treatment, 2 weeks for 1 course of treatment, two groups are four courses of treatment. Observation comparison were conducted before and after treatment serum total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C ） level, and the determination of serum lipid peroxide（LPO）, glutathione peroxidase（gsh-px） and catalase（CAT）, superoxide dismutase （SOD）and malondialdehyde（MDA）active. Blood lipids in patients with the results of two groups before treatment, LPO, gsh-px, CAT, SOD and MDA level had no significant difference（P〉0.05） ; After treatment, the observation group TC, TG, LDL - C lev- el significantly lower and the content of LPO and MDA, and gsh-px HDL-C level, CAT and SOD activity were significantly in- creased（P〈0.01） ; control group TC, TG, LDL-C level and the content of LPO and MDA significantly decreased, HDL-C level and SOD activity increased significantly, but the content of gsh-px and CAT had no significant statistical difference（P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION Folium ginkgo capsule could adjust blood lipid metabolism by eliminating free radicals in the body and play a role of resisting atherosclerosis.
