摘要
对银杏粗蛋白分离提取的工艺参数进行优化,确定提取工艺;再通过抑菌实验分析4种不同蛋白质的抗菌性。研究结果表明,银杏抗菌蛋白的最佳提取工艺流程条件为:提取工艺在定温定时的条件下,即控制在4℃、提取时间为6h的前提下进行,银杏果仁与磷酸缓冲液的料液比为1:4,缓冲液pH为7.0,离心机转速为6000r/min,时间15min。银杏抗菌粗蛋白可分离出4种不同溶解性的蛋白质,其中水溶性蛋白质的抑菌性最强。
The optimize parameters of separation and extraction of crude protein from ginkgo biloba were determined. The antibacterial of four kinds of protein was analyzed by bacteriostatic test. The results were indicated the best conditions of ginkgo antibacterial protein extraction process were as follows: solid-liquid ratio of 1:4, buffer pH 7.0, 6000r/min centrifuges for 15min. There were four different solubility of protein which were separated from ginkgo antibacterial rude protein, and one of which named water soluble protein' s bacteriostatic property was the strongest.
