摘要
目的探讨唑来膦酸对绝经后骨质疏松患者骨密度、骨代谢指标、生活质量及疗效的影响。方法 114例绝经后骨质疏松症患者依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组57例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合唑来膦酸治疗。2组疗程均为12个月。比较2组患者骨密度、骨代谢指标、生活质量、疗效及不良反应情况。结果 2组腰椎和Ward三角区骨密度治疗后增加(P<0.05);观察组腰椎和Ward三角区骨密度治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05);2组S-Ca、S-P治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组ALP治疗后下降(P<0.05);观察组ALP低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SF-36量表中躯体疼痛、精神健康、生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能、生命活力、总体健康治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组均未见严重用药不良反应。结论唑来膦酸可明显改善患者骨密度,降低ALP水平,提高患者生活质量,疗效显著,安全可靠,具有重要研究价值。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of zoledronic acid and its effects on bone mineral density,bone metabolism indexes and life quality in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 57） and control group（ n = 57） according to random digits table.The patients in control group were treated by routine therapy,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were given zoledronic acid,with a treatment course of 12 months for both groups.The therapeutic effects,bone density,bone metabolism indexes,patient ＇s life quality and adverse reactions wee observed and compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the bone density in lumbar vertebra and Ward triangle area was significantly increased in both groups（ P〈0.05）,moreover,which in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group（ P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in the levels of S-Ca,S-P before and after treatment between two groups（ P〈0.05）.After treatment,the ALP levels were obviously decreased in both groups（ P〈0.05）,furthermore,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0.05）.After treatment these parameters according to SF-36 rating scales including body pain,mental health,physiological function,physiological functional authority,emotional function,social function,life activity and overall health state in observation group were superior to those in control group（ P〈0.05）.The total effective rates in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0.05）.Besides no obvious adverse drug reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion The zoledronic acid can obviously improve the levels of bone density and decrease levels of ALP of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis,thus,which can enhance patient＇s life quality,with obvious therapeutic effects,safety and reliability.
