摘要
本文从胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素分泌不足两个方面对不同类型细胞糖尿病模型的建立进行总结,并简述其优缺点,以期为研究者选择合适的体外糖尿病细胞模型提供参考。
Different types of cell culture models of diabetes mellitus based on insulin resistance and insufficient insulin secretion were summarized. Meanwhile, all the advantages and disadvantages were briefed. So as to provide reference on choosing appropriate cell culture models of diabetes mellitus in vitro.
