摘要
设计了基于PLC(可编程控制器)的双伺服整经机恒张力控制系统,采用伺服控制系统,以PLC为控制核心,张力传感器为检测元件,伺服驱动器、伺服电动机为执行元件。设计了启动/停止、PID张力调节,张力过大、过小保护等主要控制程序,建立了人机界面触摸屏。采用双伺服电动机对收放卷轴的转速进行调节,PLC实时进行目标张力与实际反馈张力的比较,通过目标张力和实际反馈张力的差值,控制伺服电动机的速度,形成恒定的整经张力,通过伺服闭环控制系统保证整经过程的恒张力控制。
Controlling system of warping machine constant tension based on PLC was designed,servo control system,PLC as the control core,tension sensor for the detection of components,servo drives,servo motor for the implementation of components. The main control procedures of the start / stop,PID tension adjustment,tension,and too small protection were written,the man-machine interface was established. PLC carried out the comparison between the actual tension and the actual feedback tension,through the difference between the actual value of the tension and the tension of the target,controled the speed of the servo motor. The system used a dual-servo motor to adjust rotational speed of the entire shaft and traction shaft,the constant tension control of the whole process was ensured by the servo closed-loop control system.
