摘要
GAMMA型剑杆织机进行双纬织造时,机构设置有其特殊性。阐述了双纬织造所需剑头的特点、接纬剑开启板的调整、对纬纱张力的要求、纬纱检测元件的不同,借助可控式纬纱张力器,实现了在引纬过程中不同阶段的纬纱张力设置,给出了纬纱张力分阶段调整时的张力设置参数。
During double weft weaving of GAMMA rapier loom, the mechanism has its speciality. Characteristic of rapier head, adjustment of the opening plate of weft-receiving rapier, requirement of weft tension, difference of weft detecting element were analyzed. Weft tension in different stage in weft insertion is set up by controlling weft tensioner, and tension parameters in different stage are also given.
