摘要
目的研究建立川归补肾通络胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中当归、川芎、三七、龙血竭、地龙进行定性鉴别。当归、川芎展开剂为环己烷-乙酸乙酯(9∶1);三七展开剂为三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(13∶7∶2)10℃放置的下层溶液;龙血竭展开剂为三氯甲烷-甲醇(9∶1);地龙展开剂为甲苯-丙酮(9∶1)。采用UV-HPLC法对丹参中丹酚酸B含量进行测定。色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18,流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸(22∶78),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为286 nm。结果 TLC法鉴别当归、川芎、三七、龙血竭、地龙,其方法专属性强;丹酚酸B在22.16~221.60μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.9997),平均回收率为103.9%,RSD=1.82%;3批样品含量测定结果分别为4.83、4.46、4.74 mg/g。结论本方法可用于川归补肾通络胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Chuangui Bushentongluo Capsules. Methods TLC was conducted for the content determination of angelica, rhizoma chuanxiong, notoginseng, dragons blood and lumbricus in the preparation. The developer for angelica and rhizoma chuanxiong were cyclohexane-ethyl acetate(9:1); for the notoginseng was low solution of chloroform-methanol-water(13∶7∶2) at 10 degress; for the dragons blood was chloroform- methanol(9∶1); for the lumbricus was toluene-acetone(9∶1). UV-HPLC was conducted for the content determination of salvianolic acid B. The column was Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 with acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid solution(22∶78) at a flow rate of1.0 m L/min, the detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results Angelica, rhizoma chuanxiong, notoginseng, dragons blood and lumbricus of TLC was specific. The linear ranges of salvianolic acid B was 22.16-221.60 μg/m L(r2=0.9997). The average recoveries of was 103.9%, RSD=1.82%. The results of the three batches of samples were 4.83 mg/g, 4.46 mg/g and 4.74 mg/g. Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Chuangui Bushentongluo Capsules.
