摘要
采用ＵＶ－ＨＰＬＣ法测定ＡＴＰ片剂的含量，较地方标准收载的方法方便易行，重现性好。测定的回收率为１００．８±１．５％。
The total amount of ATP,ADP and AMP in ATP tablets can be assayed at 259 nm by UV spectrophotometric method,then the mole percentage of ATP in the three components can be calculated by HPLC area normalization method.This method is simple and rapid.The average recovery of this method was 100.8±1.5%.
