摘要
应用不同激素配比的培养基对引进马铃薯品种陇薯7号进行茎尖的分化培养,以期获得脱毒试管苗。试验结果表明,诱导陇薯7号茎尖分化成苗的最适培养基配方为MS+0.05 mg/L 6-BA+0.15 mg/L NAA,成活率达92%,成苗率达24.56%。
Culture medium with different hormone ratio were used for differentiation and culture of stem apex of potato Longshu 7,in order to obtain the virus free test tube seedling.Test results showed that optimum medium formula for inducing stem tips into seedlings was MS＋0.05 mg/L 6- BA＋0.15 mg/L NAA ,the survival rate was 92% and the rate to be plantlet could reach 24.56%.
