摘要
介绍了楼面行走式塔式起重机轨道铺设和加固措施等施工过程中的几个关键技术。该技术的优点是可解决大跨度空间结构吊装设备无法辐射位置的结构安装难题。结合以往大跨度空间项目楼面行走式塔式起重机的工程应用实例,并通过某项目施工方案的探讨,充分体现了行走式塔式起重机在大跨度空间钢结构施工过程中的优势。轨道设计中合理利用结构自身的传力特点,有效解决了轨道的铺设问题,减少了加固措施费用。
This paper puts forward key technologies such as the track construction and the reinforcement measures in the walking-type tower crane construction technology for long-span steel structure. The advantages of the technology are to solve some problems: normal crane can't cover all construction areas in the long-span structure erection scheme. Combined with previous example of walking-type tower crane using in long-span structure construction,and through the discussion of the construction scheme,the schemes fully embody the superiority of the walking-type tower crane construction technology for long-span steel structure. The reasonable application of the structure itself force transfer characteristics to design the crane track,effectively solves the problem of the track construction,reduces the reinforcement measure cost.
